Waterford at Blue Lagoon
Waterford at Blue Lagoon is a master planned corporate office park in Miami, Florida. Waterford, featuring over 2,790,000 square feet of office space, as well as three hotels, is considered by many as the premiere office park in south Florida. Located on 250 acres directly south of the Miami International Airport, it is home to many companies' Latin American headquarters, such as VISA International, FedEx Corporation, Baxter International, Oracle, and many others. It was developed by Hogan in conjunction with one of our institutional clients, TIAA-CREF. TIAA-CREF is one of the largest investment funds in the world and has been one of Hogan’s clients for over 25 years. Hogan also leases and manages the TIAA assets in the park as well as the POA.
The Midori
The Midori is a 103,131 square foot suburban office building located in the Atlanta area.
This asset, along with another 72,911 square foot suburban office building were identified, analyzed, and purchased by The Hogan Group principals in conjunction with one of our investment partners in 2014. It is our intention to reposition these assets, re tenant them and sell them in a three to four year time frame. These assets were bought at substantially below replacement cost which, we believe, will give our investment partners, a very attractive return on investment.
Hogan is constantly searching the southeastern United States for opportunities to acquire more assets with potential attractive returns for our partners.
Northpointe Village
Located in Pasco County, just North of Tampa, Florida, Northpointe Village is a downtown concept in the heart of Pasco's business corridor.
Featuring a variety of both retail and office tenants, you can find just about anything you need in The Village. From a Doctor to dance classes, to sewing and fine dining, Northpointe Village has it all.
