The Hogan Group is a full service commercial real estate firm providing expertise in the areas of acquisitions, site specific development, construction management, property management, leasing, consulting , and master planning. Established in 1986, the company is based in Tampa and is active throughout the Southeast.
The Company is comprised of three main disciplines:
Acquisitions - Hogan actively searches the Southeastern United States for assets to purchase that are well positioned in secondary and tertiary markets. The firm looks typically for assets that are undervalued and need the repositioning expertise that Hogan brings to the asset. Most acquisitions are office, as we feel that an improving economy in the southeast combined with a constriction of new product as well as assets still being valued under replacement value in this asset class provides the greatest opportunity for good returns to our investment partners.
Development - Hogan provides expertise in all phases of real estate development. The principals of the company have over three decades of development experience and are complimented by a staff of well-seasoned professionals with extensive backgrounds in all phases of development, including site selection, land acquisition and master planning. To date, Hogan has developed commercial properties valued in excess of one billion dollars and closed over one hundred million in sales/leasing transactions.
Property Management and Leasing - Hogan also provides a full spectrum of management services to institutional as well as individual clients throughout the Southeastern United States. Utilizing experienced property managers and support staff, The Hogan Group is able to offer the highest quality property management available.
