800 Waterford

800 Waterford is a ten story, 246,085 square foot Class A office building that opened in the summer of 2017.  

 

800 Waterford is located at the heart of the park which consists of over 3,000,000 SF of office, hotels, restaurants and on-site day care as well as a dedicated post office located directly south of Miami International Airport.

 

800 Waterford is an innovative building like no other in the Miami Airport West submarket. Designed to be LEED certified, 800 Waterford has a conference center for use by all tenants, a state of the art gathering place off the north lobby overlooking the lake where tenants and guests can take advantage of free Wi-Fi while enjoying their favorite coffee or beverage. This meeting place will enhance the ability of tenants of 800 Waterford to conduct business in various locations and settings.

 

800 Waterford as well as Waterford at Blue Lagoon office park is a joint Venture of TIAA and Allianz Real Estate. The Hogan Group developed, leased and managed the park for the joint venture.

 

 

 

The Burger King Building
 

The Hogan Group is developing a 150,000 square foot office building and parking structure for Burger King Corporation at the Waterford at Blue Lagoon corporate park in Miami. The Burger King Building and Waterford is owned by a joint venture between TIAA Global Real Estate, part of TIAA Global Asset Management, and Allianz Real Estate of America. With combined assets of $854 billion, TIAA Global Asset Management and its affiliate firms provide investors access to innovative investment strategies through expertise that spans traditional and alternative asset classes. Allianz Real Estate is the strategic umbrella controlling the Allianz Group's property investments around the world. Headquartered in Munich, Allianz Group is a global financial services provider and is the world’s largest insurance company.

The building will contain test kitchens, a gym, the Burger King Museum and training facilities. Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2018.
